Knightdale Gymnastics has been in business since 1995 and offers year-round enrollment to children from 12 months-18 years. The goal is to create a lifelong love of athletics and fitness while providing opportunities in the sport of gymnastics for recreation and competition. Our newly remodeled facility is a place where children can be children. They can run, jump, swing and climb and it's where the staff at Knightdale Gymnastics hopes every child can...Dream it Believe it AND Achieve it!
